Valorie Ann Davis

Valorie Ann Davis, age 67 passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016 at her daughter's home in Henderson, Nevada. She was born August 18, 1948 in Overton, Nevada to Rulon Whipple and Lavinia Wells Gardner. On May 29, 1969 she married Keith D. Davis in Provo, Utah.
Valorie grew up in Overton and Henderson, Nevada. She later attended Brigham Young University. She raised her family in Provo, Utah until moving back to Henderson in 1990. She worked in retail at Michael's. She enjoyed reading, going to the library, and cross stitching. She loved animals and taking care of them. She loved going to the movies and dinner with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Keith; four children: Garth of Pahrump, Nevada; Corey (Marshall) Miller of Henderson, Nevada; Hugh (Michelle) of Pahrump Nevada; Wade (Rachel) of Henderson, Nevada; 7 grandchildren; one brother Barry (Valerie) Gardner of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Interment will be Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the Logandale Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to sign our online guestbook.
