Tina Williams

Pauline Opal "Tina" Williams, age 88, died Sunday, December 12, 2010 at her home surrounded by loving family in Henderson, Nevada. She was born August 9, 1922 in Springfield, Missouri to Herbert Howard and Opal Gladys Berry Rowlette. On December 15, 1941 she married Lorin Lamar Williams in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death on June 23, 1993. Tina grew up in Riverside, California where she met her future husband. They later moved to Henderson, Nevada where they raised their family. She loved her career selling real estate. She was a devoted wife that stood by her husband supporting him in his political career for over thirty years. She will be remembered for her kind heart and her love for her family. Survivors include her son, Kit Rowlette (Lisa) of Henderson, NV; her granddaughter that she raised as her own, Traci K. (Richard) Baez of Ft. Bragg, NC; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Lorin "Corky" L. Williams, Jr. and one daughter, Kathleen Susan Graham. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 16, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the East Ocean Avenue Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - day Church. Visitation will be from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. prior to services at the chapel. Interment will be in the Palm Mortuary Henderson Memorial Park under the direction of Moapa Valley Mortuary.
