His pastimes were tinkering in the garage, riding his Harleys, reading Louis L'Amour books and so many others.

Tim is survived by his mother, Lucina Shaner of Mesquite; wife, Alicia Shaner of Mesquite; daughter, Charlene (Gary) Shales of Noblesville, Indiana; daughter, Tamra Shaner of Mesquite; granddaughters, Melissa Shales and Erin Shales of Noblesville, Indiana; sisters and brothers, Freda Correl of Mesquite; Ed(Nola)Shaner of Grantsville, Utah; Rusty Shaner of Littlefield, Arizona; Bea (Lonnie) Packer of Littlefield, Arizona ; Art (Mary) Shaner of Mesquite; sisters and brother-in-laws, Sharon (Doug) Wilson of Round Rock, Texas; Robin Hansen of Surprise, Arizona; Sherry (Dave) Johnson of Sycamore, Illinois; Brian (Sandy) Umberger of Indianapolis, Indiana; also aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and too many cousins to mention.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Ray Shaner and father-in-law, Herman Wade Umberger; his first family-wife, Pamela; his two daughters, Jubal Lee and Eudell Babb, his two sons, Timothy "Tyke" Mark and Cajon Lee and his sister, Charlotte Emerzian.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at the Mesquite Cemetery. Interment will be in the Mesquite Cemetery under the direction of Virgin Valley Mortuary, 702-346-6060.
