Mesquite, NV- Teresa (Tesse) Plum became an angel on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 after a short battle with Merkel cell carcinoma. She was born on March 25, 1952 in Concord, NH to Annie Shlaitas and Robert Publicover. She was the loving wife of Ray Plum living in Mesquite, NV.
Tesse was raised in Gilmanton, New Hampshire and graduated from Pittsfield High School, Pittsfield, NH. Her most fulfilling occupation was being a stay at home mother to her two sons. She enjoyed her most recent position at Silver Rider bus company and prior to that El Rancho Market. She and her family called many places home from Anchorage, Alaska, to Barnstead, NH and for the last 19 years, Mesquite, NV. Being a grandmother, family gatherings, and crafting gave her joy and laughter. She always had a hug, shoulder, and compassion for those she loved. She is the heart of her family both immediate, and to her brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ray Plum of Mesquite, NV; Tim Plum and his wife Shelly of Anchorage Alaska; Bryan Plum and his wife Teirsa of Scenic Arizona; Step-Sons Stacey Plum of Alaska; and Tracey Plum and his wife Tiffany of Australia. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Tyler, Garret, Gavin, Jace, Jimmy, Brennan and two great grandchildren; her sister, four brothers, several nieces and nephews, and extended family.
At her request the family paid tribute to her in private. The family invites you to leave a message or memory on their "Guest Book" at virginvalleymortuary .com.
