Sydney Land

Sydney Ellysse Land, age 21, was taken from us on October 27, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are comforted by the knowledge that she is with her Father in Heaven as well as other loved ones who have gone ahead. She was born March 24, 1995 in Las Vegas to Steven Keith and Connie Avis Hagler Land.
Sydney lived all of her life in Las Vegas. She graduated from Centennial High School where she participated in Student Council. Sydney loved school activities, she was social, happy and fun loving. Friends appreciated knowing that she was loyal, kind and looked for the best in them. As the oldest sister, her siblings loved spending time with her, they admired her work ethic and her joyful nature. She was a beautiful daughter and her loss will be felt until all her loved ones are reunited in eternity.
Survivors include her loving parents, Steve and Connie; two brothers and one sister, Preston, Gavin and Kendall all of Las Vegas; grandparents: Richard & Shirley Land of St. George, UT and Mac & Gayle Hagler of Alpine, UT.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Lone Mountain Stake Center, 10070 Azure Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89149. Visitation will be Friday, November 4, 2016 from 6 - 8 p.m. and again Saturday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. prior to services. Both visitations will be at the Stake Center. Interment will follow in the Palm Northwest Cemetery.
