Shelley Lorraine Vincent, 48, died April 22, 2012 near Mesquite, Nevada. She was born March 4, 1960 in Provo, Utah to Paul Farmer and Patricia Ann Crawley Willis. She was raised in Utah Valley, she attended Mountain View High School and Graduated from the Utah Valley Community College.
Shelley moved to the St. George area four years ago. She loved the outdoors, and spent time biking, hiking, jeeping and riding motorcycles. She enjoyed spending time socializing with friends and family. She was a loving mother and grandmother, she will be deeply missed.
Shelley leaves behind two children; daughter, Angila Ivy of St. George, Utah and son, Colton Lee of St. George; a grandson Dreydon; father Paul Willis of St. George, UT and brothers David (Elaine) Willis, Brainbridge Island, WA; Kevin (Ann Marie) St. Louis, MO.
