Sharon Lou Maldonado

Sharon Lou Maldonado, age 57 of Overton, Nevada passed away Sunday, December 13, 2009 at Valley Medical Center in Las Vegas. She was born on July 27, 1959 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Dennis Joseph and Betty Jane Schlueter McCann. On September 9, 1978 she married married Jose L. Maldonado in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Sharon was a graduate of Custer High School in Milwaukee. She worked as a purchaser for Square D Company in Milwaukee. She quit her job to become a homemaker shortly before giving birth to her only child. She enjoyed her horses, riding and spending time with them every chance she could. She also loved animals and devoted a lot of time at animal shelters. Sharon and Jose moved to Overton in 1996.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Jose; son, Daniel both of Overton, NV; mother, Betty McCann and sister, Susan Santiago both of Milwaukee, WI; numerous nephews and nieces from Milwaukee and central Wisconsin.

There will be a private ceremony for family only. She will be laid to rest between her two favorite dogs, Rambo and Dori at her home in Overton.
