Shannon Orville Steele, age 67, died Thursday, February 8, 2024 at his home in Logandale, Nevada.  He was born July 25, 1956 in St. George, Utah to Frances Winsor and Ray Steele.

Shannon lived most of his life in Logandale, with the exception of several years spent in Montana.  He enjoyed working in construction.  A “Jack of All Trades”, he excelled in sheet rock and pouring concrete septic tanks.  His hobbies included coin collecting, whittling and working on cars.  He enjoyed working at home, canning, sewing and cooking.

Survivors include three sons and two daughters:  Shannon Jr. of MT;  Chano and Shawn of Logandale;  Veronica of TX and Andrea of CO;  two brothers and two sisters:  Jose Noyola of Washington, UT;  Alicia Perkins of Logandale;  Salleena Reeves of Pahrump, NV and Leonard Ramsey of Las Vegas, NV.  He was preceded in death by three brothers, Marco, Victor and a baby that died at birth.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Logandale Chapel 3245 Moapa Valley Blvd. Logandale, NV 89021 Friends and family are invited to sign our online guest book at www.moapavalleymortuary.com
