Scott J Hill

Scott J Hill II, age 10, returned to live with his Heavenly Father on October 21, 2015. Scottie was born in Las Vegas, Nevada to Scott J Hill and Clelia Meraz-Hill on September 18, 2005. He tragically passed away in an accident on his way to Cub Scouts in Logandale, Nevada.

Scottie was raised in Logandale and loved 4-wheeling, his RC cars and Cub Scouts. Mostly though, Scottie loved people. He had such a big heart. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help anyone. His energy and spirit would light up a room the instant he entered. Scottie didn't walk, he bounced. There will be a huge hole left in the lives of his family and friends that can never be filled.

Survivors include his parents: Scott J Hill and Clelia Meraz-Hill of Logandale, NV; four sisters: Sheena Armas (Omar) of Las Vegas, NV, Tasha Hill of Idaho, Kelly Hill of Idaho, and Mavis Hill of Logandale, NV; one brother: Joshua Hill of Las Vegas, NV; grandparents: Joyce Meraz and Isaias Meraz of Las Vegas, NV; his great grandmother: Eralia Mead of Las Vegas, NV; seven nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Mavis Green Hill and Walter Hill; and his great grandparents: Hazel Green and Artie Mead.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 11 a.m. in the new Logandale Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the services at 10 a.m. at the chapel.
