Roy David Barnum

Roy David Barnum was 59 years old.  He passed away Monday, December 14th at Mesa View Regional Hospital, Mesquite, NV.  Roy was born May 20, 1961 to James E. Roy Barnum and Colleen Keyes Barnum.  He was raised in Mesquite, NV where he attended K through 12th grade at Virgin Valley schools.  His profession was an Executive Chef.  He opened a number of Planet Hollywoods.  He married, had an amazing son, and also divorced.

Roy is survived by his sisters; Ronda Barnum, Mesquite, NV, Tonya Fischer, South Dakota, and also his nieces and nephews. He is proceded in death by his father; James E. Roy Barnum, his mother; Colleen Barnum, sister; Sandra Barnum, his brother; James Alan Barnum, and his son; Roy David Barnum, Jr.  He was a loving and kind hearted son, brother, uncle, and friend to many.  Roy could always put a smile on your face.  He was loved by all.  There is no doubt that he will be missed dearly.

We will have a Graveside service, Monday, December 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. It will be held at the City of Mesquite Cemetery/Pioneer Park.
