Rose J. Santoro, 90, passed away February 21, 2015 in Mesquite, Nevada. She was born March 4, 1924 in Syracuse, New York to Andrew Fiumano and Fortunata Romero Fiumano. She was married to Anthony Santoro July 4, 1946 in Syracuse, New York.
Rose and her husband moved to Mesa, Arizona in 1986. Through the Knights of Columbus they became members of the Queen of Peace Catholic Church. They resided in Mesa for 15 years. Then in 2003 she moved to Mesquite, Nevada where she resided for 12 years at the Desert Skies RV Resort. She passed away at the Beehive Home Quality Senior Living Residence.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Anthony.
She is survived by her son Dominick Santoro; daughter Santa (Edward) Vaughn; four granddaughters: Christine Dale, Utah; Kimberly Santoro, Colorado; Rose-Lee Caillouette, Arizona; Ana-Marie Cancel, Arizona; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews in Syracuse, NY.
