Ronald G. Seaborn

Ronald G. Seaborn, 78, passed away on October 4, 2016 at his home in Mesquite, NV. Ronald was born on November 23, 1937 in Blackwell, OK to William L. Seaborn and Della Long. He married Sandra Kaye Potter Taylor on March 19, 1994 in Las Vegas, NV.

Ronald lived a full life. He was an avid cowboy; riding horses, competing in roping at rodeos, and owned a ranch for several years. He was an active outdoors man. He enjoyed kayaking among other things, and was trying to learn how to fish in his later years. He enjoyed many sports, including body building and even won Mr. Oklahoma for the forty-fifty year old age range. He moved to Mesquite, NV to play golf in his later years. Ronald was extremely intelligent, spending time as an English teacher while serving as the wrestling coach, until he later graduated with a Doctorate in Psychology. He was active in the community, participating in Rotary Club for several years, and was proud of his service in the Mesquite Volunteer Police Association. He loved his family, and enjoyed getting together with his nine grandchildren, and his eleven great-grandchildren.

Ronald is survived by his wife; Sandra Kaye Seaborn, his stepchildren; Russell Taylor, Renee Jones, and Michael Taylor (Christine), his eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and his brother; Richard Seaborn on Oklahoma City, OK. Ronald is preceded in death by his first wife, Donna Seaborn, (1989).
