Robert Stephens
Robert French Stephens, 73, passed away on December 29, 2009 at his home in Mesquite, Nevada. He was born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin to Delman and Jessie Mae French Stephens on December 17, 1936.
He grew up in Wisconsin and joined the Air Force after high-school. After his service he was married in Rapid City, SD before moving to Colorado and starting a family. He worked in sales and real estate in Grand Junction, CO, Longmont, CO, and Denver, CO. He enjoyed living in Colorado where he loved to ski in his younger days, attend social dances, and read. Robert moved to Mesquite, NV in 2007.
He is survived by two children; Thomas (Dana) Stephens of Howard, OH, Karen Stephens of London, England, a brother Tom (Diane) of Oxford, MS , a sister Karen Tatreaux of Mesquite, NV, and two grandchildren Gage and Feliese. A Memorial service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 10:00 am at Virgin Valley Mortuary on 320 E Old Mill Rd, in Mesquite Nevada.
