Ricky Christensen

Ricky Lee Christensen, 69, passed away on February 22, 2025, in St. George, UT. Ricky was born on October 14, 1955, in Pocatello, ID to Albert LeRoy Christensen and Ila Mae Andreasen. Ricky loved being in the outdoors, whether it be hunting, fishing, camping, or riding on ATV’s. He loved shooting, playing horseshoes and going out on Sand-rails, and Baja’s. He was a hard worker and worked in the Iron workers Union at PEPCON for twenty-two years, where they manufactured rocket fuel. Rick had a heart of gold and he was always ready to lend a helping hand, he was kind and loving with many friends. We as a family couldn’t have asked for a better brother and uncle and we will miss him every day. Rick’s memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, and unforgettable memories.

He married his high school sweetheart, Laurie Johnson, and they had three children together. They were later divorced. He then met Linda Gutierrez, and they had a daughter. 

Ricky is survived by his children; Brenda (Marvin) Harris, Chad (Brandi) Christensen, and Kylee Christensen; his grandchildren and great grandchildren, his siblings, Alan (Marlene) Christensen, Kayleen (Don, deceased) Collins, Michael (Jeanette) Christensen, and Marty Christensen, and his many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Ila Mae Christensen; his son, Ricky Christensen Jr.; his sister Melinda Duncan; and his brother, Randy Christensen.
