Phyllis Ann Guymon

Phyllis Guymon, 82, passed away Monday, November 11, 2013 at her Mesquite, NV residence. Phyllis was born September 25, 1931 in Flandreau, SD to Frank and Doris Lee. She married Rulon Guymon on March 14, 1969 in Cheyenne, WY.

Phyllis graduated from Colman High School in 1949. She moved to Casper, WY in 1950 and worked in several clerical positions. Phyllis and Rulon moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1981. While in Las Vegas she worked at the Liberace Museum and Foundation until 1991 when she retired. After her husband retired in 1992 they did a lot of traveling in their motor home. In 1998 they moved to Mesquite, NV.

She is survived by her husband Rulon; children, Betty Whitney of Mesquite, NV, Beverly Webster of Casper, WY, and Terry (Cindy) Spawn of Mesquite, NV; step-children, Rick (Myong) Guymon of Albuquerque, NM, George (Gaya) Guymon of Las Vegas, NV, Carol Jennings of Kaysville, UT and Diane (Wes) Curtis of Clearfield, UT; 12 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Janice (Dave) Cady and her brother Ralph (Carolyn) Lee. She is preceded in death by her parents and a grandson.
