Nina Jean Sanner

May 25, 1941 — March 11, 2014

Nina Jean Sanner (Phillips), 72, of Littlefield, AZ, went to heaven on March 11, 2014. She was born to Raymond (Red) and Edna Phillips on May 25, 1941 in Bozeman, MT and attended school in Butte, MT as well as Billings, MT. Nina was married to her soulmate, John Sanner, on February 14, 1986.

Nina worked hard and raised three daughters (primarily by herself). She loved hobby work, crocheting, sewing, tying quilts, cooking, bead work and much more. But more than anything, she loved her girls. When John came into her life, they did everything together, business and pleasure. After spending 50 years in Montana, John and Nina moved to the Oregon Coast where they enjoyed their next 15 years. Once they decided to retire, they moved to sunny Littlefield, AZ, where they made many good friends.

Nina is survived by her husband, John Sanner of Littlefield, AZ; brothers, Harley (Patti) Phillips of Missoula, MT; Rod (Sharon) Phillips of Seatac, WA; Lloyd Phillips of Seatac, WA; and sister Carol (Buck) Hardenbrook of Billings, MT; daughters, Valerie (David) Petrie of Coos Bay, OR; Kerri (Ian) Satterthwaite of Billings, MT; Tanya (Tom) Graham of Newport, OR; stepsons, Stewart (Glenda) Sanner of Montana, Greg (Cindy) Sanner of Arizona, and Scott (Debbie) Sanner of Idaho; grandchildren, Christopher, Alex, Eric, Chad, Felicia, Jack, Mathew (Stephi), James, Brieanna, Mckinsey, Thomas, Jared, and Morgan; great-grandchildren, Lexi, Jaxsyn and Elliot, and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Nina was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Edna Phillips; brother, Tom Phillips; 2 sons, Jack and John and 2 daughters, Celestine and Carol Renee.

Nina was a loving wife, mother, aunt and friend. She will be missed dearly.
