Neal Hearley Williams Jr

Neal Hearley Williams Jr., age 68, died Saturday April 2, 2011 at his home in Overton, Nevada. He was born June 7, 1942 in Annapolis, MD, to Lula Gay and Neal Hearley Williams originally of Hacker Valley, West Virginia. Neal, also known by family and friends as "Nick", or "1040" spent most of his adult life in Montgomery County, Maryland, where he married Elaine Webb, of Rockville, Maryland on September 25, 1965. They brought into the world 5 wonderful children, Leilani "Loni" of Rochester, NY; Christine of Louisville, KY; Neal III (Michelle) of Las Vegas, NV; David (Jennifer) of Overton, NV; Emily (Chris York) of Las Vegas, NV. He was one of 13 children, Ellie, Nancy, Kathy, Herbert, Harly, Carol, Shirley, Pat, Linda, Joanne, Frances, and an adopted sibling, Larry. Neal was preceded in death by his parents as well as his siblings Frances and Nancy. Neal was a kind man that loved family, friends, animals and nature. His compassionate nature will be missed in the community and by those that loved him. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 6th, 2011 at 4 p.m. at the Overton 3rd Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 226 W. Thomas Ave., Overton, NV. Arrangements have been made under the direction of Moapa Valley Mortuary
