Nancy Ann Nelson, 67, passed away October 17, 2012 in Mesquite, Nevada. She was born March 8, 1945 to Vincent and Estelle Martis Rasimas in Worchester, Massachussetts. On January 2, 1988 she married Miles Kent Nelson in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nancy grew up in Worchester. She worked at Digital Computers just as the computer age was taking off. She later moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where she worked as an administrator for Utah Locals Government Trust. In 2000 she retired to Mesquite, Nevada. She enjoyed sewing and decorating and will be remembered for her friendliness and outgoing personality. Survivors include her husband, Kent of Mesquite, NV; two daughters: Beth Perry of NH; Dana Kanelakas of TN; three step daughters: Lori (Steve) Aiken of Salt Lake City, UT; Kris (Mark) Humphries of Beaver Dam, AZ; Stacie (Jason) Hicks of Salt Lake City, UT; three grandchildren and one brother, Ken (Vee) Rasimas of Brazil.
