MELVIN EUGENE WOLF

Melvin Eugene Wolf , passed away October 11, 2011 at his home in Mesquite, NV. He was born July 1, 1931 in Moberly, Missouri to Marshall E Wolf and Nora Boodus Wolf. He married Jane King Thomas on April 4, 1953 in PA. Jane preceded Melvin in death on May 4, 2005.

Melvin was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing in his younger years, and golfing in his leisure years. Melvin was a member of the Elks Club and also served in the United States Navy during the Korean War.

Melvin is survived by this three sons, Mel of Mesquite, NV; Mitch of Salt Lake City, UT and Marshall (Karen) of Mesquite, NV; Daughter-In-Law Brenda Wilson of Salt Lake City, UT; Grand daughter Kendra Wilson of Salt Lake City, UT, as well as 13 grandchildren.

Melvin is also survived by his faithful companion "Q".

A visitation will be held at Virgin Valley Mortuary, 320 E. Old Mill Rd. Mesquite, NV on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Mesquite City Cemetery.
