Mary Elizabeth Myers

Mary Elizabeth Myers, age 66, of Mesquite, Nevada, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 in her home surrounded by her loving family.
Mary was born in Devia, Tennessee to Carl and Janita Lowe Phillips on December 15, 1948. She met the love of her life Jerry Lee Myers. and later married him in Reno, Nevada on March 7, 1991. She loved traveling with him, and would go with him everywhere. She also loved to garden and cook. She lived with Jerry in Tennessee, Reno, Fernley, and finally Mesquite where she/he enjoyed the beautiful cool evenings of the desert.
She loved to share her talents and was a joy to be around, she blessed the lives of everyone she met. Perhaps her greatest gift to others was her kindness and giving personality.
Mary is survived by her husband, Jerry; two daughters and two sons: Beth Ann SanFilippo; David Allen Myers; Eric Russell Myers all of Mesquite and Linn Diwitt (Jeff) of North Carolina; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and four siblings: Fletcher Phillips; Audry Wilkerson; Ruby Daughtery and Bissie Phillips. She was preceded in death by three siblings: Oramae, Betty and Wilbert.
