Marjorie Evelyn (Moore) Pickering

Marjorie Evelyn Pickering, age 85, died Friday, January 10, 2020 at her home in Mesquite, Nevada.  She was born September 8, 1934 in Illinois to James Clella and Bessie Duncan Moore.
Marjorie grew up in Indiana.  She raised her family in Roswell, New Mexico and later in Denver, Colorado.  She followed different property management jobs around the Southwest before settling in Mesquite, Nevada six years ago.  She enjoyed working as a bookkeeper, insurance agent and as a property manager.  She loved to work.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter: David (Leslie) of Yuma, AZ; Cindy (Bill) Millstead of Houston, TX; Douglas of Mesquite, NV and five grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim and Ken.
