Marie Noble Swanson

Marie Noble Swanson, 92, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV. She was born August 30, 1916 in Taneyville, Missouri to Lucas DeShield and Kate Moser Wallace. Marie married Raymond Swanson on August 9, 1963 in Calument City, Illinois. Raymond preceded her in death on January 9, 1991.
Marie moved to Algonquin, Illinois in 2002 to be with her family Bob and Ella from Tucson, Arizona. Marie's family wanted her to be in the desert again, so when Ella retired they moved to Mesquite, Nevada, where Marie has been living for the past two years. She loved to dance, taking ballroom dancing lessons into her 80's. She always had to be doing something whether it was working, gardening or sewing.
She is survived by one daughter: Ella (Robert) Line of Mesquite, Nevada; and 11 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Harry Noble.
