Lynne Mills

Lynne Stratton Mills, age 68, died Sunday, May 26, 2013 in St. George, Utah. She was born December 3, 1944 in LaVerkin, Utah to Clell William and Mahala Ruth Hepworth Stratton. On January 29, 1966 she married Lamond Robert Mills in St. George, Utah.

Lynne grew up in LaVerkin, Utah and North Las Vegas, Nevada. She raised her family in Logandale, Nevada. She lived in Las Vegas for a short time before moving back to Logandale. She was always active in the LDS Church and enjoyed serving in many callings. She had a special friendship with her beloved husband. She will be remembered for her willingness and love of service.

Survivors include four sons: Robert of Salt Lake City, UT; Byron (Kim); Gregor (Amy) both of Logandale, NV; Brandon (Megan) of Great Falls, MT; 14 grandchildren; three brothers: Jerry (Mary) Stratton of Hurricane, UT; Michael (Julianna) Stratton and Scott (Mary Jane) Stratton both of Las Vegas, NV.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 31, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Logandale Stake Center, 2555 St. Joseph's Street, Logandale, NV 89021. Visitation will be from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. prior to services at the chapel. Interment will follow in the Logandale Cemetery.
