Lawrence David Brundy, 63, passed away on January 19, 2024 in Moapa, NV. Lawrence was born on March 19, 1960 in Las Vegas, NV to Donald Albert, Sr. and Larry Perkins Brundy. His family moved often, and Lawrence lived in several states and Saipan before graduating high school in Benton City, WA. After high school he bought a horse and rode from the bottom of Idaho to the Canadian border. He always had a love for the outdoors enjoying nature while camping, hiking, gold panning and rockhounding throughout the western US. He liked talking to people and made friends everywhere. He was generous with his time and willing to help anyone at any time. During his life he worked many different jobs starting with an irrigation company and a farm while in high school and ending with power plant maintenance shutdowns before retiring. At one time he had an opal mine in Lincoln County with his brother. He enjoyed his life despite its challenges.
He is survived by his mother, Larry Perkins Brundy; his siblings, Kimberly Brundy and Donald A. Brundy, Jr. He is preceded in death by his father, Donald A. Brundy, Sr. Lawrence. Keep a campfire burning there until we can join you again for tall tales, laughter, and good conversation.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The family invites you to leave a message or memory in their Guest Book at www.moapavalleymortuary.com.
