Laneeda Lloyd Jensen
August 21, 1942 — November 22, 2013
Laneeda Lloyd Jensen- Born 8/21/1942 Salt Lake City, Utah to Sydney Glen and Joyce Fullmer. Always in a hurry, she left this life way too soon to move on to her next adventure on November 22, 2013.
Laneeda moved to Mesquite 18 years ago with her husband Bill who passed away a short time after moving to Mesquite. She chose to stay for the sun, fun, golf but mostly the friendships she had built along the way. She fell in love with the community and enjoyed her many years working at the Palms and Falcon Ridge Golf Courses. She met and married Joseph (Mote) Jensen where they enjoyed their beautiful home together with their kids (pets) Nikki (past), Jake and Lacey, whom she absolutely adored.
She was a strong and independent woman, a ball of energy and a social butterfly, always looking out for everyone, taking care of and offering her friendship and support. She will truly be missed by everyone whose life she touched. She is survived by her husband Joseph (Mote) Jensen, brother Stephan, daughters; Cindy, Sheri (Mitch), Kit (Vince), grandchildren; Michael, Sean, Dustin, Bradyn.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, November 29, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the 19th Hole, 550 El Dorado Road Mesquite, NV. Graveside services to be announced at a later date in Salt Lake City, Utah.
