He enjoyed performing at the Officer's Clubs and helped contribute morale to the troops by lifting their spirts. Once Kenny left the Army he pursued his music career and performed on such renowned stages as, "The Grand Ole Opry" and "The Louisiana Hayride". Kenny proudly sang the "National Anthem" at the Daytona 500 Speedway, Bush Clash event and during the Daytona 500 Speed-Week. Kenny was recognized for writing for Conway Twitty and performing as the front man for Ernest Tubb and The Texas Troubadours. Kenny married Marguerite "Roo" Arledge, who was a loving wife, and mother, as well as Kenny's sweetheart, companion, and friend. Together they shared hopes, dreams, love, and laughter. On Valentine's Day of this year, Kenny gave her a card that said: "When we fell in Love, I gave you my Heart. When we got Married, I gave you my Word. And as long as live, I will give you my Love." Kenny is survived by wife, Marguerite "Roo" Arledge of Mesquite NV; son, Kenny Wayne Arledge Jr.; sisters, Linda Arledge and Glenda Donley.
