Kathy Mastin Chamberlain, 48 died Saturday, August 9, 2008 in St. George, Utah following a lingering illness. She was born on November 10, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio to William and Mary Jo Artmier Mastin. Kathy Grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from Mt. Healthy High School in 1977. She married Bryan Leo Chamberlain on November 12, 1983 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They are the parents of four children. Following their marriage, they moved to Mesquite, Nevada for two years before moving to Cincinnati. There she graduated from Butler Technical College in nursing and was a LPN for 25 years. They moved back to Mesquite a year and a half ago. She is a member of the LDS church and has served in the Primary and Relief Society. Kathy is survived by her husband Bryan of Mesquite, NV; two sons, Andrew Leo Chamberlain of Cincinnati, OH and Braden Scott Chamberlain of Mesquite, NV; two daughters, Ciara Marie (Keith) Taylor of Cincinnati, OH and Rachel Noel Chamberlain of Cincinnati, OH; her mother Mary Jo (Russ) Baker; three sisters, Debbie (Tom) Schnieder, Teresa (Robert) Kreaschbaum, and Melinda (Tim) Marston all of Cincinnati, OH; one grandchild Logan Keith Taylor of Cincinnati, OH. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 14, at 11:00 AM at the LDS Whipple Chapel in Mesquite, Nevada. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:00 to 10:30 at the church. Burial will follow the services at the Mesquite City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Virgin Valley Mortuary.
