Kathryn Ann Timinskas, Mesquite, Nevada, beloved wife, mother, and teacher, is now in the loving arms of the Lord, having passed away peacefully, August 16, 2018.
Born November 25, 1945, in Scranton, PA, she was the daughter of Theodore and Helen Kazmierczak and a graduate of Marywood University, Scranton. Kathryn and her family moved to Las Vegas in 1980. She was a respected elementary education teacher in several Catholic schools. Kathryn was an active member of Catholic Daughters of the America’s, serving as State Regent for Nevada State Court Biennial Convention.
For the past 20 years, Kathryn made her home in Mesquite, establishing and managing Mesquite Executive Suites. Her passions were gardening and "Stampin’ Up!". Resourceful and hardworking, she was a kind, caring and loving person, always smiling and gracious. Her heart was full of love and she shared that love unconditionally with those around her.
Continuing her legacy are her loving husband George, sons Stephen and wife Katie, Nicholas and Shante, daughter Elizabeth Early and husband Ken, beloved sister Joanna Ewasko and husband Edmund, brother Ted Kazmierczak and wife Denise, four grandchildren, several loving nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life and memorial mass will be celebrated Wednesday, August 22 at 10 am at Virgin de Guadalupe Catholic Church followed by the burial at the Mesquite cemetery on Hardy Lane.
