Jose Asencion Hermosillo Delgado, 86 was born on May 25, 1933 in Santiaguito, Jalisco, Mexico. He leaves behind his sons; Rodrigo, Ismael, Pelayo, Colorado, Manuel and daughters; Leonarda, Teresa, Obdulia, Karina and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and even one great-great-grandchild.
When living in Mexico, he was passionate for his community and served as the mayor for six years of the small town of Santiaguito. While in office, he was able to accomplish many things that helped the community.
During his life he enjoyed riding horses and teaching his sons and grandchildren how to ride and tame a horse. His passion was being around his family and growing crops in Mexico.
Most of us will remember him by his jokes and riddles, he enjoyed laughing and making people laugh. Most of all, he had great love for all of his grandchildren.
Mass services will be held Friday, May 8, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at the Santisima Trinidad Church in Scenic, AZ, followed by the Graveside services at the Mesquite Cemetery, Mesquite, NV at 10:30 a.m. All services will be held privately due to COVID-19.
