Jeffrey Reed "J.J." Pearce, Jr., age 21, died Sunday, June 14, 2009 at University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born July 15, 1987 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Jeffrey Reed and Kayleen Stoddard Pearce.
J.J. grew up in Overton, Nevada where he attended Moapa Valley High School. He later worked at the Chemical Lime Mine and he left his mark on many people as a very talented tattoo artist. He loved to fish. His daughter was very important in his life.
Survivors include his daughter, Paisley and her mother, Kali Bingham of Overton, NV; his parents, Jeff Pearce of Las Vegas, NV; Kayleen & Rob Schulz of Logandale, NV; two brothers and two sisters: Derek (fiancAC. Candice) of Overton, NV; Melissa of Fresno, CA; Jennifer (Tavish) Millette of Mesquite, NV; Jake of Logandale, NV; grandparents: Charles & Joyce Pearce of Overton, NV: Robert & Bette Tanner of Panguitch, UT and Richard & Deon Stoddard of Rexburg, ID.
Funeral services will be held June 18, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Logandale LDS Stake Center. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.
