Jeffrey Scott Swain, 52, passed away on August 31, 2022 in St. George, UT. Jeff was born on May 14, 1970 in Oakland, CA to Phil and Cathy Swain. He is the grandson of Francis and Topsy (Chappo) Swain and Joseph and Frances (Horn) Plumage. He was raised in central California where he developed a love for his home town teams: the Oakland Raiders, San Francisco Warriors, and the Oakland Athletics. His family moved to Moapa, NV, where he attended MVHS for three years. They relocated to Cedar City, UT, where he graduated from Cedar City High School with the class of 1988. He worked as an iron worker often pointing out to family the sites he worked on throughout the Las Vegas valley. Jeff became a father after the birth of his firstborn in 1995. He spent time coaching and attending sports events for his children, niece, and nephew. He loved being a dad and uncle. He enjoyed riding his bike, being with family, and attending live concerts and sporting events. He loved being there in the action, and experiencing moments live.
