Ivan P. Lipanovich

Ivan Peter Lipanovich, age 75, died Sunday, July 19, 2020 at his home in Mesquite, Nevada.  He was born December 19, 1944 in California to Marko and Gloria Christensen Medina Lipanovich.
Ivan lived most of his life in Central California.  He enjoyed a long career of working for the California State Parks.  He loved the adventure and opportunity to explore and work in the beautiful parks.  He always loved being in the outdoors, fishing, rock hounding, riding ATV’s and hiking.  He was very well rounded, loved to read and was very easy to talk to.  He lived in Utah for a short time before moving to Mesquite, Nevada in 2000.
Survivors include his companion, Tonna Charlene Christensen Epperson of Mesquite, NV; son, David; daughter: Angie; three brothers; two sisters and his beloved dog, Bowser.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for Ivan’s cancer doctor, Dr. Te and his staff.  They also wish to acknowledge the kindness shown them by Mesa View Hospice.
