Ileana Marie Bairett age 27 of Scenic Arizona passed away January 25, 2009 at St. George Medical Center. Ileana was born July 24, 1981 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Richard Lee Bairett Sr and Kynnette Newland. She is the daughter of Richard L Bairett and Darlene Woolsey Bairett of Arizona and Kynnette Newland Emile and Phil Emile of New Hampshire. Ileana lived many places including Utah, South Dakota, New Hampshire, and Arizona. At the time of her death she resided in Scenic, Arizona with her parents Rich and Darlene Bairett and her son Johnathan Richard (JR). She married Karl Vehlow and later divorced.

She enjoyed meeting new people and was always willing to strike up a conversation with anyone. She was always happy when cooking or creating a beautiful meal for her family and incorporating her culinary skills. But most of all she loved spending time with her baby boy, Johnathan and he was her first priority, putting his needs and comfort ahead of her own. Ileana is survived by three sons; Cody Bairett, Jeremiah Soria, and Jonathan Bairett; brothers and sisters: Pam (Doug) Thomas, Rick (Crista) Bairett, Brian (Maryanne)Bairett, David (Bonnie) Bairett, Steven (Lori) Bairett, Valana Bairett, Sierra Bairett, Kristy (Brian) Leffler, Shawna (Bob) Riley, Paul (Melissa) Kotter, Joseph (Lori) Kotter, Daniel (Sarah) Kotter, Sarah (Wayne) Jolley, Alisha (Todd) Parry, and Rachael Kotter, many nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by a daughter Veronica Ashley Bairett, grandparents Millie and Frank Bairett, Lillian Woolsey, and aunt Lynn Drake. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 31, 2009 at the Littlefield LDS Chapel at 11:00 am (AZ time). A visitation will be held prior to the services from 10:00 to 10:30. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Virgin Valley Mortuary.
