Heidi Dannette Commeau, age 40, died Saturday, June 19, 2010 in Mesquite, Nevada from injuries sustained in an auto accident. She was born July 27, 1969 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania to Daniel Wendig and Kathleen Elaine Robbins.
Heidi moved to Logandale as a young girl in 1974. She graduated from Moapa Valley High School in 1987. She lived in Georgia, South Carolina and Pennsylvania, but always came back to Moapa Valley. She was trained in Medical Ultarsound, even working with one of the pioneers in the field. She was a member of the LDS Church. She was a talented artist, had a bubbly personality and had a great affection and love for her children.
Survivors include her daughter, Charlotte Elaine Commeau; her son, Asher Paul Commeau; mother, Kathy Zimmerman; grandparents: Paul and Charlotte Robbins, all of Logandale, NV; two brothers, Robert (Michelle) Wendig; Richard (Irene) Wendig and one uncle, Paul Robbins, all of Pennsylvania.
A memorial service will be held in Heidi's honor on Friday, June 25, 2010, at 5 p.m. at the Moapa Valley Mortuary Chapel
