Gilbert Patrick Dobson, age 87, passed April 4, 2010 in Mesquite, Nevada. He was born March 17, 1923 in Phoenix, Arizona to Edward and Rosa Dobson. Gilbert grew up in Arizona and joined the Army shortly after highschool. After his military service he lived in Washington, and Las Vegas, Nevada before moving to Mesquite six years ago. He worked as a painter in an auto shop and enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his children, Jack Dobson, Patrick Dobson, William Dobson, John Dobson, Robert Jansen, and Richard Jansen; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A graveside service was held Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at the Beaver Dam Cemetery in Beaver Dam, Arizona.
