Francisco Sandoval

Mesquite, NV - Francisco Sandoval-Jauregui, 67, passed away April 29, 2015 in St. George, Utah. He was born June 4, 1947 in Teocaltiche, Mexico to Celso Sandoval and Maria Jauregui. He married Maria de la Luz Quezada July 8, 1978 in Teocaltiche, Mexico. Francisco was raised in Teocaltiche, Mexico with his 7 brothers and sisters. His passion for baseball started as a young boy, and he played as much as he could. He also developed a talent for woodworking, anything from Maracas to Yo-yo's. He worked in construction until he moved from Mexico in 1990 to Coachella, CA. He moved his family to Chicago, IL, then in 1999, the Sandoval family arrived in Mesquite, NV. Francisco began to work in landscaping around town. He then soon began working for Kokapelli. Francisco could always be found being happy and with a smile. He had a very optimistic perspective on life, even in hard times. He was a great support to his family and loved ones. Francisco is survived by his wife Maria de la Luz Quezada from Mesquite, NV; his children, Eric Sandoval, Sandra Sandoval, Diego Noe Sandoval, and Gustavo Sandoval, all of Mesquite, NV. Funeral services will include a Mass at La Virgen de Guadalupe Catholic Church on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 10am. Visitation will be at the Virgin Valley Mortuary on Wednesday May 6, 2015 from 6 - 8pm.
