Faye Harrison

Faye Harrison, age 72, died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born December 13, 1940 in Springdale, Utah to Hyrum and Bessie Jolley Ruesch. On October 1, 1960 she married Ronald Allen Harrison in Las Vegas. On April 6, 1972, they were sealed in the St. George LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on April 7, 2010.

Faye grew up in Springdale, Utah. She raised her family in Las Vegas until they settled in Logandale in 1974. She enjoyed cooking, doing genealogy, reading, crossword puzzles and collecting bells. She will be remembered for her tender heart, her sense of humor, her devotion to family, her generosity and always putting others' needs before her own.

Survivors include four daughters and four sons: DeNae (Chester) Burke of Port Orchard, WA; Cynthia (Vern) Johnson of Las Vegas; Eric of OR; Kevin (Stacey) of St. George, UT; Nikki Bibiano of Las Vegas; Brian (Tami) of Oahu, HI; Dayauna of Logandale; Trevor (Lillian) of MO, 29 Grandchildren; 27 Great Grandchildren, three sisters: Edna Neilson; Ardith Wright; Corrine (John) Rowley and one brother, Keith (Carol) Ruesch. She was preceded in death by one son, Clark; grand daughter, Sara; five brothers and four sisters.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 1, 2013 at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Hinckley Chapel in Logandale. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Logandale Cemetery.
