Eugene Raymond Stevens

Eugene Raymond Stevens, 79, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at his residence. He was born January 9, 1935 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Theodore and Hermina Severa Stevens. He married MaryAnn Brezicki on March 2, 1957 in Washington D.C. She preceded him in death on April 2, 2012.
Eugene was well respected in both the business world and in the communities he lived throughout his life. He worked hard his entire life and strived to be the best at whatever tasks he undertook. He always believed that anything worth doing was worth doing well. Gene traveled all over the United States as a salesman. He drove many thousands of miles, most of which were at high rates of speed. He loved his country and was very patriotic.
He is survived by his daughters, Linda (Tom) Stout of St. George, UT, Nadine (Gar) Hendry, and Julie (Doug) Rice of Salt Lake City, UT; daughter-in-law, Kerin Stevens of Salt Lake City, UT; grandchildren, Nash Hendry, Ashley Rice, Elyse Stevens, and Mitchell Stevens; and his brother, Ted Stevens.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 18, 2014 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Holiday Inn Express, 1030 West Pioneer Blvd, Mesquite, NV. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
