Edward "Big Timber" Combs

Edward Lowell Combs, age 74, passed away on March 24, 2015 at his home in Mesquite, Nevada. He was born in Kentucky on July 11, 1940 to Clark Champ Combs and Doris Blanche Kelley. On December 17, 1998 Edward married the love of his life, Marlis Paulsen, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ed was a comedian and loved pulling pranks on people. He loved hunting, fishing, golfing and was quite a pool shark. He really enjoyed playing cards with his friends on poker night. Ed was very loving to everyone he met. Ed's grandchildren called him "Grandpa Turkey" which he just loved. There is a big hole left in Marlis' heart now that she has lost her best friend, sweetheart and husband. Survivors include his wife Marlis, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
