Dorothy Clarice, passed away on December 3, 2020 in St. George, UT. Dorothy was born on July 1, 1930 in Overton, NV to Norman Ezra Shurtliff and Adelia Winsor. Dorothy was raised in Overton where she had many happy memories of working with her siblings and cousins  on the family farm. Dorothy graduated from Moapa Valley High School and went on to study at BYU. She loved trying new things and was up for any new adventure.
