Donald G. Breneman, Jr.

Donald Gerald Breneman, Jr. age 60, died Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at his home in Overton, Nevada. He was born January 2, 1949 in Ravenna, Ohio to Donald Gerald and Lola Mary Rodgers Breneman. In 1973 he married Judy Ann LaValley in Las Vegas, Nevada. Although they were later divorced, they remained very close throughout his life. Donald grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He served in the US Marine Corps, serving in the Vietnam Conflict. He raised his family in Las Vegas, working as a carpenter. His hobbies included following his beloved 49'ers, heavyweight boxing and collecting patriotic eagles and flags. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and brother.

Survivors include the mother of his children, Judy Jones of Cedar City, UT; two daughters: Saundra Breneman of Vernal, UT; Brandy Campbell of Salina, KS; seven grandchildren; two sisters: Orva Breneman and Rose Bradley both of Overton, NV; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Overton LDS 3rd Ward Chapel. There will be a gathering at 10:30 a.m. at the chapel prior to services.
