David Allen Lawrence Smith Ii

David Allen Lawrence Smith II, age 31, died Sunday, June 17, 2012 at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born September 15, 1980 in St. George, Utah to David Allen Lawrence and Claire Ann Thornton Smith. David grew up in Las Vegas. As a young man, he enjoyed racing motocross and archery hunting. He will be missed by family and friends. Survivors include his father, David (Peggy) of Las Vegas, NV; his mother, Claire Smith of Parowan, UT; his grandfather, Benjamin Thornton of Parowan, UT; one brother, Nicholas (Terri) of Las Vegas, NV and one step brother, Brandon Gensemer of Austin, TX. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Moapa Valley Mortuary, 5090 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., Logandale, NV. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the mortuary. Interment will follow in the Pioneer Hill Memorial Cemetery.
