Darrel Glenn Miller, age 72, died Wednesday, November 2, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada after injuries sustained from an industrial accident in Kingman, Arizona. He was born September 4, 1939 in Kensett, Arkansas to James Harry and Mary Helen Mansaco Miller. Darrel grew up in Prescott, Arizona and graduated from Williams High School. He served in the US Marine Corps between the Korean and Vietnam wars. As a young man he worked as a bullfighter on the rodeo circuit. He worked as an operator in construction most of his life. He settled in the Kingman area. He enjoyed drawing, woodworking, golfing and was a member of the Elks Lodge. Survivors include one daughter, Erinn (Brent) Thompson of Logandale, NV; seven grandchildren; one great granddaughter and one sister, LaVerne Del Rae. He was preceded in death by one grandson. Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Elk's Lodge in Kingman, Arizona.
