Cristobal Felix

C ristobal Felix was born on July 30, 1947, in Culiacan, Mexico, to Pedro and Rosa Sosa Felix.  On March 15, 1975, he married the love of his live, Conception Zamudio in their hometown of Culiacan.

After spending their early life together in Culiacan, Cristobal brought his wife and first born son to the United States in 1976 for a better future. After moving to the United States he had three more children and dedicated his life to them.  To support his family, Cristobal worked as a farmer at the Hafen Dairy, then transitioned to the Bunker Dairy where he worked for over 40 years.  Every summer and major holiday, Cristobal would take his family to visit relatives in Mexico.  Cristobal valued time with his family and especially his grandchildren.  He loved to attend their sport events and school functions.  Cristobal placed his family above all else.

Cristobal was admired for his work ethic, loyalty, and selflessness.  He was loved by family and friends.  He will be remembered as a kind hearted man who cared for all those he loved.

Cristobal Felix passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on June 29, 2022.  He was 74 years old.  He is survived by his wife, Conception; his children, Cristobal (Liz), Laura, Miguel, and Daniel (Burgundy).  Other survivors include two brothers and two sisters; Paula (Pedro) Perez, Virginia Montes, Jose and Tivo (Teresa) Perez.  He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, Cris (Daryl), Jonathan (Amelia), Abby, Lillee, McKenzie, Zack, Emma, and Navy.

Funeral Services will be held in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mesquite, Nevada Stake Chapel, 100 North Arrowhead Lane, Mesquite, NV on Friday July 8, 2022 at 11:00 am.  Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service from 9:30-10:30 am.  Burial will take place after the services at the Bunkerville Cemetery, Bunkerville, NV.  The family invites you to leave a memory or message on their Guestbook page at virginvalleymortuary.com.
