Corinne Beatrice Haan

Corinne passed away on November 21, 2015 at her home in Bunkerville, Nevada. She was born December 20, 1929 to George Chausse and Marie Ann Latour in Massachusetts. She spent her childhood loving animals on a family farm with 7 brothers and sisters. She graduated from St. Anne Catholic School in Webster MA.

She moved to Las Vegas in the early 60's. It was in Las Vegas that she met Doug, a handsome construction worker in 1970, and 2 years later they were married. They raised their family and lived in Las Vegas for 35 years before moving to Bunkerville, NV to enjoy the rural life. While in Bunkerville, she made many friends and enjoyed playing Bingo and Mexican Train. She was a great homemaker and enjoyed cooking for her family, and enjoyed shopping trips with her husband in St. George, especially in Kohls. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband Doug, to visit their family members across the country.

She was preceded in death by several siblings from the East Coast. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Haan of Bunkerville; six children, Gail, Christine, Jack, George, James and Mike; granddaughter Julie and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as one great-great grandson.

Mass services will be held at Las Santisima Trinidad Church in Scenic, AZ. On Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.(9:00 a.m. Nevada time). The family invites you to leave a message or memory in their "Guest Book" at virginvalleymortuary.com.
