Connie Labrum Keetch, age 82, died Saturday, July 9, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born October 15, 1939 in Meadow, Utah to LeRoy L and Cleo Bushnell Labrum. On May 8, 1959 she married Max Wendell Keetch in Milford, Utah.
Connie grew up in Milford, Utah. She attended BYU for a short time before getting married. While home from college, she met Max. After their marriage, they lived in Provo, Utah for a short time as she worked as a checker at Safeway. In 1965 they relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada where they raised their family. Connie was a devoted and meticulous wife and mother. She enjoyed drawing art, reading and music. As her children grew she used her talents in the workplace and in service. She was President of the Union Pacific Junior Old Times Club Auxiliary and worked for the Las Vegas Gun Club. She retired from Human Resources with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
Survivors include her husband, Max of Las Vegas; daughter, Linda Smith of Las Vegas; son, Kelly (CiCi) of Springville, UT; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two sisters: Kaye Gray of Las Vegas and LaRayne (Bruce) Brown of Mandersfield, UT.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 5 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Charleston LDS Chapel, 3400 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the chapel. Interment will be Friday, July 15, 2022 at 2 p.m. (MST) in the Meadow Cemetery, Meadow, Utah.
