Colton Dale Pulsipher, age 29, died Thursday, December 12, 2024 near Moapa, Nevada from injuries sustained in a car accident. He was born February 12, 1995 in St. George, Utah to Dale Lee and Lonia Louise Lee Pulsipher. On July 16, 2016 he married Ashlee Marie Svedin in the St. George LDS Temple.
Colton lived most of his life in Moapa, Nevada. Following high school, he served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Denver North Mission. He enjoyed a career with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, especially his work in traffic riding his patrol motorcycle. He planned to test to become a resident officer. While working he continued to improve as he earned his Associates Degree.
Colton was an active, outdoors person. He loved shooting guns, being with his family and playing video games. He secretly loved “assisting” to help his sweetheart with her home projects. He will be remembered for his constant singing, sometimes it was annoying, but it will be a lasting memory that will always bring a smile. He loved to snuggle, his wife and three beautiful children will miss those quiet moments of bedtime stories and snuggles.
Survivors include his wife, Ashlee; their three children: Carlee June, Brett Michael and Jonathan Colt; his parents, Dale and Lonia Pulsipher, brother Dakota and sister, Makae (Walker) Fowers, his niece and nephew all of Moapa, NV; his wife’s parents: Aaron and Lisa Svedin of Ivins, UT; his brothers in blue and his brothers from other mothers.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Moapa Chapel, 1420 E. Barlow Drive, Moapa, NV. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Moapa Valley Mortuary, 5090 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., Logandale, NV and again from 9 - 10:30 a.m. prior to services at the Moapa chapel. Interment will follow in the Warm Springs Cemetery.
