Clark Jacobson Hubbard, age 72, died Saturday, July 4, 2020 in St. George, Utah. He was born January 24, 1948 in Logan, Utah to Clark Lamar and Hazel Mary Jacobson Hubbard. On June 27, 1974 he married Faye Killpack in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Clark grew up in Holbrook, Idaho while attending school in Malad, Idaho. He served a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Texas. He attended Utah State in Logan, Utah for over three years, but fell short of his Bachelors Degree. He worked in banking security for over 20 years, living in Salt Lake City and later St. George, Utah. The last three years he lived in Mesquite, Nevada. Clark was a talented artist and loved to give away his art pieces. Clark also loved boating on Lake Powell and spending time with his family. He has always had dogs which gave him lots of love and companionship.
Survivors include his wife Faye of Mesquite; two sisters and one brother: Ann Hulme of Bountiful, UT; Ruth (Dean) Christensen of Centerville, UT and Don (Dixie) Hubbard of St. George, UT. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Dave and Von and one sister, Ila.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July16, 2020 at 10 a.m. at the Virgin Valley Mortuary, 320 E. Old Mill Road, Mesquite, NV. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Friends and family are invited to sign our online guest book at www.virginvalleymortuary.com.
