Chester "Chet" Lee Collins

Chester Lee Collins, age 65, died Monday, October 31, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born February 28, 1951 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Virgil and Mary Louise Coffee Collins. On May 18, 1989 he married Linda Jean Barnes in Paris, Texas.
Chester grew up in Pasadena, California. He worked as a cook in the restaurant industry, and was often self-employed. He enjoyed fishing, John Wayne movies, and motorcycles. He loved his church, and had an ongoing personality. He was a devoted family man.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; eight children: Gary (Becky) Collins of Bakersfield, CA; Michael Collins; Jeff (Kelly) Collins; Kimberly Collins all of Oklahoma City, OK; Sherry Bieber of Las Vegas, NV; Greg (Liana) Tarvin of Logandale, NV; Chris Collins of Ft. Worth, TX; Jesse Collins of Muskogee, OK; twenty-three grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one sister, Debbie (Greg) Lambretchs of Chicago, IL; one brother, Bobby Collins of Hugo, OK. He was preceded in death by two sons, Timmy and Jimmy; one brother, Pete.
