Charles "Butch" Connelly Perkins

Charles "Butch" Connelly Perkins, age 78, died at his home surrounded by his family on July 18, 2015, in Sunset, Utah from cancer complications.
Butch was born Sept 4, 1936 in Overton, Nevada to Robert Elwood Perkins and Ester Lucille Connelly.
On February 12, 1960 he married Frances Nellie Hopkins in Glendale, Nevada. They were sealed in the St. George Utah Temple in 1980. He was preceded in death by his father Robert E. Perkins; mother, Ester Lucille Connelly; Brother, Robert E. Perkins Jr.; and his sister, Billy Ray Henry.
Survivors include: wife-Frances Perkins, Sunset, UT; daughters- Liz (Bud) Hughes, West Haven, UT and Christine (David) Burt, Roy, UT. Sons- Robert (Crystal) E. Perkins, Overton, NV; Chuck Perkins Jr.- Bakersfield, CA; Ute (Becky) Perkins, York, PA; Paris (Christy) Perkins, Columbus, MT; Sisters- Dorothy Hortt, St. George, UT; Vera Hester, Fallon, NV; Ann Soderquist, Overton, NV; Roberta (Arnold) Cottam, Logandale, NV. Brother-Tim (Kathy) Perkins, Alamo, NV. Butch and Frances have 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held at Moapa Valley Mortuary, Friday, July 24 ,2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am at the Overton chapel. Funeral Services will be held at the Overton Chapel, Saturday, July 25, 2015 @ 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Pioneer Hill Memorial Cemetery.
